124 years. With everything going on right now in the world, I feel like the universe is handing us a gift… an early rebirth to facilitate the letting go of the weight of darkness, viruses, fear, and politics.
And there’s no better way to call in a ‘new you’, then a nature based ceremony.
Ceremonies and rituals, big or small, are simply love and intention made visible.
They are acts of faith and gratitude.
They are contracts made between the Self, Spirit, and the non-human beings you share your life with, like the land you walk on each day, the birds you hear, and the water you drink.
Ceremonies are also one way to refuel your hope for a brighter future.

Here is a mini-ceremony for you for today. It only takes 7 minutes, so no excuses.
Stand in one place
Offer gratitude for what you can see: the earth, water, trees, birds, sun or moon.
Offer gratitude for what you don’t see but know is there; your ancestors, future generations, angels, creator/god, spirit
Say aloud what feelings, patterns, you are choosing to let go of because they won’t serve the future- upgraded version of you. (fear, procrastination, too much sugar, whatever)
Then say aloud what new thing you hope to create this season. It could be anything from a healthier body, to new business program, to a vibrant garden. Make it just 1 thing!
To seal the deal by saying some magic words like… “It is so!”
Then, jump, hop, or take a giant step forward in the future.
You did it!
Now go rock this new season.
Oh! A frequently asked question I get often... Does it NEED to be outside?
Yes. It’s about honoring nature and how this new season will be shaping your life over the next 3 months. It would be rude to not include her in the ceremony.
When the constant pursuit to do more leads to overwhelm and anxiety, it’s easy to find yourself feeling disconnected, exhausted, and missing the juiciest parts of life. For over 16 years, Lynn has been guiding people to reconnect with nature and ceremony, allowing them to reclaim a sense purpose and embrace peace.
