"Lynn's depth of knowledge is awe-inspiring
One of the most challenging parts of my spiritual journey has been connecting to and respecting my relationship with the land without feeling shame. And my strongest ally on this journey has been Lynn. I trust her wholeheartedly to guide not just me but also my clients to relationship with the land and ceremony. She's someone who strives to do better in each moment of her life and yet at the same times makes her clients feel as if they are doing their best. Each of us has been given a mission on this earth. I believe Lynn’s is to be a sacred bridge between humanity and mother earth and I’m so grateful to have found her." -Patty Lennon, best selling author, podcaster, & intuitive coach |
Week 1 : Building relationship with place
We'll start our journey with a welcoming ceremony, then talk about the why's and how's of connecting with the soul of the world—starting right in your backyard. You'll learn a Land Greeting Ceremony, which you'll complete on your own to run a powerful cord of connection with the land you live with, whether it's a local park, some pots on a deck, or an expansive garden. Week 2 : Sensory Meditation & Gratitude Ritual You'll learn how to use your senses to quiet the mind in a powerful meditation. Followed by exploring eco-centric gratitude practices, as opposed to ego-centric, as a pathway to open or repair your communication with the Divine. These, in combination with morning rituals that will be unique to you, help to ground and prepare you for the day ahead. Week 3 : New moon ceremony You'll learn a ceremony to honor and access the energy of new moon to help you move towards your intentions with greater ease. Week 4 : Nature Meditation Engaging with nature where you are using this meditation practice helps to ground and strengthen your relationship with the land and support a sense of belonging. |
Week 5 : A Pause & Catch Up
You'll use this week to either rest and reflect on what you've learned so far. Or dive deeper into the practices that you love or explore routines you haven't had a chance to yet. Week 6: Walking Mindfully & the Art of Wandering You'll learn how to control your energy while moving in nature to cause less disturbance to your wild neighbors. In this way, you can more intimately connect with the plant, bird, and animal beings you share space with. We'll also open a dialogue on how wandering with curiosity can help listen to the messages from nature and spirit. Week 7 : Grounding visualization & Circle of Protection You'll learn a grounding visualization to root deeper into the earth to quell anxiety and soothe the soul. You'll also learn a prayer to create a protective barrier around you, so you can feel supported by the Divine. Week 8 : Threshold ceremony We'll close with a threshold ceremony to celebrate all the wisdom you've claimed and release anything that won't serve you in your next journey. |
✓ Live group Zoom calls & pre-recorded lessons
In order to maximize our time together, each week you'll receive some brief pre-recorded instructional videos as well as attend live group zoom call. You'll watch the videos or read their transcripts, and explore the exercises at your own pace. Then we'll share our stories and deepen topics in our live classes. This formula is designed to help you learn, engage, and build community with like hearted people. I'll hold your hand every step of the way. No feeling left behind in an all self-guided course that gets started... but not finished. ✓ A complete step-by-step plan of routines & rituals For our eight weeks together, you'll get easy-to-follow, yet powerful exercises to practice at home. They will build upon each other, each taking you to new depths in your relationship with Earth and new heights on your spiritual journey— a pathway that you'll continue long after this course has finished. ✓ Access to a private Facebook community Each day as you explore the practices, you'll be able to share your experience and be witnessed by our flock of beautiful souls. When we evolve, we can gift our wisdom gained to others, enhancing their path as well, taking everyone farther... faster. ✓ Lifetime access to class recordings You can be fully present in our live classes knowing you have the ability to return to the content to review again and again. ✓ Class notes & slide deck (PDF) I know there are a variety of learners out there, and having all the class notes makes it so you won't miss a thing. |

Megan GlassBefore kids and adult responsibilities, I felt PART of nature. But over the years it seemed to drain away and I didn’t feel as connected anymore. At the same time I was longing to re-engage with a younger version of myself who is more adventurous, brave, and assured of her place in the universe.
Lynn's way of facilitating, with gentle, loving kindness- zero pressure to do things in a specific way, meets students where they are... giving us permission to show up authentically. Sacred Nature enhanced my life and gave me the perspective shift I was searching for… plugging me back into the Me who is conscious and mindful− now my days are brighter and more joyful. |

I have always had a great relationship with nature, but I was longing go to the next level. I just didn't know how to get there.
I hesitated registering for Sacred Nature because I didn’t think I’d have time. But I’m grateful I said "yes". The exercises were so nourishing and enlivening, they gave me the energy for everything else. I learned the specific tools I was looking for to go deeper- expanding my sense of oneness from an intellectual understanding to embodied knowing, leaving me calmer and better able to handle life’s challenges. It’s one of the best choices I ever made for myself. |
100% risk-free

Mandy hanniganWhen the pandemic hit, the tools I had to destress weren’t enough anymore and I felt like I could never fully relax. Stressors started piling up, I’d react in a negative way- yelling at my husband or snapping at my daughter. Then I’d feel bad about myself because I was always apologizing.
I needed a different way ( a better way ) to find peace. During Sacred Nature, the exercises helped me internalize how healing nature can be. The daily practices are like a hug from Mother Earth and I’m so much calmer, which has helped my family dynamic and to me, that’s priceless. I’m truly thankful! |
Becky gambleBefore Sacred Nature, my default was a low-grade anxiety about what's happening in our world. I spent time in nature daily, which was restorative, but I wasn’t feeling the groundedness and expansiveness I wanted. I felt like something was missing… like I was only scratching the surface.
In class we learned dynamic rituals and consistent practices you can take anywhere, guiding me to develop a habit of deepening… shifting me into a deep sense of peace, gratitude, and acceptance for 'what is'. My experience was amplified by the community of like-minded people-- as if we were one organism. When one grew- we all grew. |
Yeah, I see you...
Working hard to stay on your path of slower, more mindful living and not getting knocked off course by life's noise and your own thoughts. You know that spending more time in nature helps you stay grounded so you can be a rock for your clients and family, but you need some guidance and support to do more. You're ready to listen to your craving for a more spiritually connected life, because you're noticing you can see more time behind you than ahead of you and you don't want to waste any precious time. But you don't just want to read about it in a book. You want real life experiences, lively conversation, and stories to share with the community, and authentic routines you can use for the rest of your life, all packaged in a risk-free course. |

A sense of belonging I never thought possible...
As a child, I only felt safe and fully alive in the wild- even if just in my backyard listening to birds and watching ants. Out there I belonged- as if the Earth loved me as much as I loved her. But as I grew up and got caught in the wake of distraction culture, I became numb and spiritless. My heart and soul ached for genuine connection again, but my brain forgot how to get it. When I rediscovered the wisdom of the land, my soul spontaneously pieced together long-severed parts. Nature became my church, my therapist, and nurturing mother. If you join me on this journey, I guarantee this work will reawaken and soothe your soul. All my love, |
When the constant pursuit to do more leads to overwhelm and anxiety, it’s easy to find yourself feeling disconnected, exhausted, and missing the juiciest parts of life. For over 17 years, Lynn has been guiding people to reconnect with nature and ceremony, allowing them to reclaim a sense of purpose and embrace peace.
